Open air Pavilion with over 4,000 square feet of sheltered space, connecting outdoor courtyard, and large lawn area with seasonal water views.

Included amenities: Pavilion, expansive lawn, picnic tables with benches, round tables, white bistro chairs for 200, decorative barrels, caterer’s kitchen, and covered courtyard.

Pavilion Package Rates

Full Day Rental

2025: $3,250.00

2026: $3,500.00

Package includes 12 hours of time between 9am-10pm and usage of Wedding Rooms

JPPM Package Rental

2025: $4,500.00

2026: $5,000.00

Package includes 4pm - 8pm on Friday, 10 hours of time on Saturday, and usage of Wedding Rooms

Small Ceremonies

Micro-wedding Packages are available at 3 locations on our site: King's Reach Waterfront, King's Reach Field & Asbury Waterfront

These small ceremonies MUST abide by the following guidelines:

- No more than 25 people (including the couple)

- 2 Hour time limit
